My name is Jim, and I like to make Stealie art, let me give you some back history as to why I do what I do. I met person named Donna Bossa Bernardino , she was know as “Stealie’s by Stella” on FB to many of you. We became like family, a brother and sister, connected by our love for the Grateful Dead and Stealie’s . She was a force of nature, full of life, loud, bawdy and with a laugh that would fill any room. Unfortunately Donna got cancer, and eventually cancer claimed her life … I don’t hate anything really but believe me I hate cancer. Donna is the reason I do what I do … When Donna passed I decided to do two things #1 try to elevate the Stealie into a art form, I’m a 70s/80s head and back in my day a GD shirt was a red white and blue Stealie on a white shirt, those of you old enough to remember will recall the Space your Face shirt of the late 80s … for its time it was revolutionary … well what I want to try to do …. expand and transform the Stealie into works of art. #2 is I want to support Breast Cancer Awareness research. A portion of every purchase will go to this cause … with several items that are marked as having 100% of the purchase price going to Breast Cancer research. Since I’ve been doing this we’ve donated over 22 thousand dollars to this cause. Im able to do this not because of me but because of you…
